A few weeks ago I had the strangest of dreams! I was running, right, and there was this kid, or, no, a boy actually, and he had a gun! And firing it at me. The kid was bloody fat, I've no idea what that is supposed to mean, if you dream of a fat boy shooting at you

Well, no, I wouldn't say it's an actual language. It's more, what you can interpret your dreams to mean. So, kind of a language, yeah.

I think I get it? So it's a brain thing? A human brain thing.

Yeah! Something like that. Though, I'd think it would be pretty clear cut as to er... what a fat boy with a gun would represent.
