Let's play a love game...

I really want a new layout. Not because I dislike this one. I in fact love it, but I've had it as long as I've had this journal and really, it's time for something new. Unfortunately, I have no inspiration for a new layout. There's not a single piece of art I've seen lately that says "I'd make a great layout." Mainly I think this is due to the lack ( Read more... )

Someone spoiled me for the end of Brotherhood. And of course I haven't even seen the rest of it, so now I don't want to.

Akira Ishida is one of my favourite seiyuu. Love him in Slayers and Saiyuki.

That sucks that you got spoiled. D: I read the final manga chapter the first chance I could after it came out. Which, Brotherhood is following very very closely.

I love him so much. He winds up playing my favorite characters in just about any series he's in. I don't know if they're my favorites because it's him or if he's my favorite because he plays all my favorite characters. XD; I haven't watched the anime for Saiyuki, but I love the manga. I did see one episode about 10 years ago in a hotel in Reno when we went to Lake Tahoe, and I did watch all the Urasai skits.

My friend ordered the magazine from Japan and was all set on waiting for it to arrive, then ended up downloading it because she couldn't wait.

Now that I think about it, he does usually end up being my favourite character. The only exception is in Sukisyo, I think, though I do love Nanami. He's amazing though. I'm pretty sure he and Midorikawa Hikaru are in every anime in existence, they're so popular.

That's one of my rl friends who reads the series is waaaay behind and I want to be able to talk with her about the ending, but I refuse to spoil her, so I just keep poking her to catch up already. XD

Oh god, I know. All my favorite seiyuu are in so many series. It's ridiculous. XD Though there's a few I really like who have all of two or three series they've done.

It is! OMG I love it so much. I've got a friend on gaia who is watching it too, but it's always nice to have more people to flail with over it.

I just recently finished the FMA manga. I heard about the anime. I am itching to get my hands on the first anime and Brotherhood. Unf.

Also, posting in the wee hours of the morning is what makes things fun ~

If you don't mind streaming, both series and the movie as well as the Brotherhood specials are all here. :D But I'm glad you liked the manga. The first anime deviates massively from the manga, but it is enjoyable to watch - though I haven't watched it since I've read the manga.

I suppose. XD

Ooh. *bookmarks* Ahhahaha. I've been wanting to watch the anime but never got around to it. When I downloaded the manga, I couldn't stop reading it and ended up staying up three days straight to finish it >__> /nerd Thanks for the link! I'm probably going to start downloading the series and... Cap them for icons. ;aw9gjwoeifjlsdkfj

:D You know it's true. Pfft.

Working!! is so cute. I mean, it has no point, but neither did Azumanga Daioh! and goddamn I love that series too. (Not as much as say, Yotsuba&! but still)

My boyfriend raves about Giant Killing though. I'll have to check it out. It helps my fave seiyuu plays a half-Frenchman named Luigi Yoshida in it, though, rofl

Oh I know. The OP for it even reminds me a bit of the OP for Azumanga Daioh! I need to watch Yotsuba&! and Lucky Star, still. Keep meaning to watch those.

You should definitely check it out. It's seinen sports as opposed to shounen sports - so it's actually realistic as opposed to magical/unrealistic like Prince of Tennis and Eyeshield 21.
