So, I've tried my best to summarize this year in pictures here. Obviously, there's not a photo for everything and I'm not going to remember everything in it's exact chronological order, but I'll try. A little. Here we go....
Bringing in 2008.
Melee January tour....Vail, CO
Sundance Festival, Park City UT
Rock and Roll Party @ Sundance!
Vegas on fire during the longest drive I ever made by myself.
That's called a ticker tape parade, kids. Champions have them. Kinda like the NY FOOTBALL GIANTS!
Things got really boring for a while. I can't really remember doing a whole lot during February, March, and early April.
Then I went to Amsterdam and mixed for a crowd of over 120,000 people....that's a lot, by the way.
Took a trip to Florida to hang out and move some furniture back north.
Rode some go-karts.
And saw Mickey Mouse.
Gumby approved of the FL trip.
I turned 24 @ Yankee Stadium.
And said goodbye to my favorite place in the world. :(
Got patriotic.....
...because Tim and Laura got married.
Did a lot of this.
Moved into a new apartment here in Queens.
And then, well...the summer was pretty much a blur.....it kind of went like this:
Life-sized foosball in Vienna!
Bike riding!
Wrecking hotel rooms and needing internet to survive.
Knocking off another life goal by going to Tokyo!
...and rocking the shit out of Japan!
Got acquainted with my new best friend a few times....
Visited the Japanese countryside.
And got a new tattoo!
Found out how beautiful Singapore is....
....and how hard Singapore parties.
Steve from New Found Glory found that out, too.
Had lots of trouble with lost baggage all year.
Ate the best soup on the planet here in York, England.
Saw a lot of old shit.
Sold out the London Astoria 2.
Rode ferris wheels in Portugal!
And enjoyed a day drunk on red wine in Cascais.
I made it louder than legally allowed....
sang at the top of my lungs in the VIP....
...and played jokes on people.
Made a few friends along the way.
I didn't do this, but I was there and it was bad ass!
Spent the 4th of July in the land we beat up to celebrate it.
Got confused a few times.
Enjoyed art.
Food and drink @ Oktoberfest in Munich!
Tried my best to have a good time.
Felt homesick in Nijmegen, Holland. It looks a lot like home.
Crossed the English Channel....
....the morning after this happened.
And checked out the Marble Arch later on in the day.
Went back to Amsterdam.
Hung out a while longer at Oktoberfest.
Paid respect to those who deserve it.
Watched a lot of It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia.
Dressed up for Halloween...
...and just for fun.
Did things kinda like this a lot.
Spent Thanksgiving eating Crickets in Taiwan.
And checked out the architecture while I was there.
Then, I came home and spent my December looking for work....
....next year looks promising, already.
I've complained about money a whole lot, and I still feel like that's acceptable, but as far as everything else goes, I have no complaints. Best wishes to everyone in 2009 and I hope you enjoyed 2008 as much as I did. Sincere thanks to everyone who made it all possible.
