Starting to use red markers on his work
His teacher say they know he's much smarter-Lupe Fiasco, "He Say She Say"

My sentiments exactly. Adjusting to college has affected me every week since I arrived. Lupe's line is actually about a kid from a broken home, but I feel that way when it comes to work. A "C" on an assignment that I know I could have an achieved a higher grade on? I can't stand it, because I know that I'm capable of more than what I created. This problem does not simply plague me with Comm Skills (the class in which I received the "C"), but also Geology. As far as going to lecture, taking notes, and doing homework, I'm fine ( I actually have a B- average). But, we have to do portfolio activities, and I've missed a few. We need to do about 6, and one of them requires going outside. I'm not a big going outside person. I like traveling, and exploring new places, but mostly for urban architecture. Thus, my introverted personality doesn't help with that part of class. Intro to Comm is another thing, where I'm happy with a "C". Math...well, the Institute (if we can have "The University" and "The College" in VA, we're going to be The Institute) needs to eradicate the Math Emporium and, you know, give us teachers. Crazy thought, I know.

My essay for Comm Skills is going to be on the proliferation of medicine in regards to anti-depressants and ADD pills, and the use of "ADD" as a pejorative.
