Quick Update...

Classes are going decently, travel plans also decently.
Weight is okay I guess..

10th - 114.5
11th -  115.5 :S
12th - 114.5
13th - 113.5

Hoping for 113.0 tomorrow. Slow and steady wins the race! Or so I like to tell myself haha.

The last 2 days ive been eating a balanced 1000kcal before 5pm, then a 35kcal yogurt cube around 9pm. And i've lost a lb each day so it seems to be working well! :)

Also walked for 45min today & did 45 min of yoga as well.
