As those who follow my Tumblr may know, I cosplayed as the Top at this weekend's Fan Expo. I also met a Heat Wave! Rather than dump photos in multiple posts at Tumblr, I decided to post a bunch of them here (and at my own journal) and will link to it. I'll also post a few pics at Tumblr.
Cowardly and superstitious lot etc
In front of the green screen at the DC booth, getting instruction from the cheerfully hyperactive photographer:
....and here's how the photo turned out. The green parts of my costume ended up invisible.
Heat Wave vs civilian. I don't know who took this photo, I found it later on Facebook.
Rogues!
I was the last person in line to see Chris Sprouse, so the DC booth guy gave me this sign to hold. And it was very popular, because all sorts of people wanted pics of me holding it. This photo was taken by a photographer from EB Games, and they put the photo on their Facebook page.
This pic isn't of great quality, but it's the only one showing the flamethrower. Incidentally, the fuel pack on his hip reads "Rogue 4 lyfe" :>
With fill-in Flash artist Marcus To.
These next pics are from the DC fan photoshoot.
You've gotta stop brainwashing villains, Barry.
Lego Superman accidentally clonged me on the forehead when he took off his giant head. Nobody said it'd be easy to be a villain.
I'll get you, Flash!
Even at the time we wondered why Lego Superman was on the villains' side.
I seem unperturbed that my buddy's getting KO'd.
C'mon Flash, way to be a jerk.
Aaaand some of the professional pics! These were taken at a booth offering a free photo session, and you could choose if you wanted to buy the images on a CD.
