Thanks a lot! :D I do think the mondegreen is "kiss this guy" and the real lyrics is "kiss the sky" (because it's so hippie and absurd and awesome), but it seemed like the kind of thing they'd discuss :o) Mondegreens come really easy to me, because English is not my mother tongue and I tend to misunderstand things generally speaking - you know Wolfmother's The Joker and the Thief? There's a line that goes "Let me tell a story about the joker and the thief in the night" - I understood "and the knight" and immediately thought about something with the Joker, Catwoman and Batman. I was mildly disappointed when I saw the lyrics :D

The salad is one of (or perhaps just my) favourite summer dish(es). You start by making the salad dressing (salt, pepper, one tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and a bit of basil) and you toss the salad in it; you put four (or five if you want ;o) thin slices of capicola (a delicious Italian ham - do you have that across the Pond?) on each plate; you slice the mozzarella ball in two and then you cut slices in each plate (this is a recipe for two people), and then you add the salad. It's delicious :o)
