Moar Bagpipes.  :D  Piper's off screen in this one.  I don't really know what the set up was here.  Either Evan was feeling homesick, or he lost a bet.  Probably the latter considering what he did to Sam's costume.  XD

BTW, I realize there are a lot of mistakes.  I hate drawing bagpipes, and I will probably never attempt it again.  They're evil, I tell ya.  >>

And the kilt was awesome fun to do.  X3
