Oh god, you guys just made the wait more torturous! A whole week! Well, six days now.
I do my best not to think about it, because otherwise I'll be driven crazy :> I've only been waiting for this issue (well, a real appearance of the zombie Rogues) for, oh, a year and a half now...
Hopefully we'll get the preview on Monday instead of Tuesday! DC's been kind of erratic lately.
I wonder why they're going after Iron Heights? Just to make more villainous Lanterns? Attacking other rogues/Piper? (Who I don't think ever died, and so was never resurrected in the first place?) Rule of Cool?
My guess is they're looking for someone or someones in IH. Maybe Piper, maybe him and Alchemy (who was last seen in IH), maybe even Warden Wolf.
Does anyone else think that if they saved Diana's struggle for her own book, they might do the same for Bart? Show of hands who thinks a mirror situation with the Rogues cornering him for de-Ringing would be interesting?
We miiiight see Bart in #3, but I'm kind of skeptical we'll see much of him. For one thing, I think this mini is officially late -- you'll notice that most if not all BN tie-ins have been very well-coordinated, taking place at pretty much the same time as the most recent issue of the main BN series. Hence, we see zombie Wonder Woman in her tie-in, the GL titles are in sync, etc. However, the BN Flash tie-in does not seem to be in sync -- the zombie Rogues were shown attacking Iron Heights back in BN #3 I think, and Barry was delivering the message to the world in BN #3 or #4 that the Rogues heard at the beginning of BN Flash #1. This suggests that BN Flash is out of sync and thus late...maybe it was delayed due to the insane lateness of Flash: Rebirth.
I'm rambling here, but what I'm trying to get at is that BN Flash may not cover the stuff with zombie Bart because Bart may not have been zombified yet when the events of BN Flash take place. I guess we'll see.
