[ It's high up, which is probably one of the first things that can be noticed. That is, if the lights scattered here and there below are any in dictation. It is also raining, not as obvious, considering it is dark out, but the soft pitter-patter of the drops can be heard.

More distinctly there is humming. It is slow, soft, any almost mournful
