[ It's high up, which is probably one of the first things that can be noticed. That is, if the lights scattered here and there below are any in dictation. It is also raining, not as obvious, considering it is dark out, but the soft pitter-patter of the drops can be heard.

[Alucard looks over at her from the other side of the roof. Normally he wouldn't go out in such weather but he had to see for himself why the cat was so melancoly. Missing someone perhaps? The problem is we don't know if he's done anything yet. He's from a long time ago, when I was still a captain in the Gotei 13. So we cannot 'deal with him' until we know if he's committed the crime.

Yes, we all know what he'll become. We also all know that there was a time before he even did anything at all. We can't exactly punish a innocent man.
