Give me two fandoms & I’ll tell you about my crossover OTP. :D :D :D

On a similar note, I'm kind of enjoying 'Pretty Little Liars' way more than I should admit to. It's got fabulous canon lesbianism! And I basically ship everyone with everyone. It's everything a dodgy teen murder mystery should be.

Quinn and the Doctor (10)! Because Quinn has so many regrets, and the Doctor has always had a soft spot for damaged blondes with hard edges. He'd pick her up later, after school and a failed stint at college, and she's unemployed and sipping martinis, married to some older, wealthy man with a ridiculous job on some board of directors that she doesn't care about. They're trying for a baby together, but Quinn's popping contraceptive pills when he can't see, and the Doctor ends up there accidentally really, a pit stop on the way to Colonial times, and Quinn wakes up to a phonebox by the pool and a man in a suit talking to himself and spinning like he can barely keep track. She almost calls the police, but doesn't, hesitates. Meeting isn't anything special really, except that it is. He's more false promises than she's ever been offered, and the promise of space isn't anywhere near as appealing as the prospect of time. Of a re-life, of unthreading her life at the seams with a fine tooth comb and a time machine. She dreams of going back and keeping her baby, of not sleeping with Puck, of staying with Finn, cheering at college, singing in bars, on stage, wherever.

It doesn't go to plan, because Quinn ends up across the universe instead, her head in the clouds, when she always so firmly had two feet on the ground. She skims fingers on the waters of other planets and dresses in the clothes of a million different cultures. She never gets to go back, not to her husband, and definitely not to McKinley, but maybe it takes a doctor, the universe and a time machine to make her realise that going back was never really an option.
