This is so interesting, I have two Aussie flisters and y'all have taken completely different sides! I don't think I know enough about it, but I definitely wish she had been voted in by the people, not the Party. Something smells a little funky about how she got vaulted into power...

No no, she liked Rudd, no fears. She was also afraid that because of such unrest in the Labor Party, people were going to vote mostly Liberal next time and it's like a giant step backward. Hey, history lessons are interesting. Especially since I know next to nothing about the system; I barely know my own system of government, and that's through years of trying. :)
