Haa? Bored now... so...

Edward and Alphonse Elric's father abandoned them. Edward is off looking for him, despite the fact that he knows his father doesn't want to be around him. Why else would he have left?

This is no rumor, by the way.

Edit, next day, 1:50: Since this post seems to be generating a lot of venom, for the record: let's make this not a rumor by ( Read more... )

You're wrong.

Then why did he leave, Edward? Or did you ever find out?

He's on a business trip.

You left in such a rush, to follow him, just because he went on a business trip? My, a dependent son, aren't you?

JUST SHUT UP. YOU ARE TOO STUPID TO OWN A COMPUTER.

He went to his see girlfriend (who lives out of town) because it was their anniversary. That the timing happened to coinicide with his father's business trip means nothing whatsoever.

That you misspelled "vicious" in your mood, however, means that you are even more of an idiot.

Aw, spelling error. Obviously I am a complete idiot. Thank you for pointing that out, Mister I-am-a-kitty.

And, while we're on the subject... I believe you meant to say "Note that "unverified" does not necessarily mean true or false," in your dictionary post up there.

I find it amusing that your method of debate is to sling insults at people and point out their typos. Do you have proof for your own "rumor"?

Here's proof, dumbass.

"Yesterday was our anniversary. It was nice... I'm coming home tonight, though. I don't really want to leave, but there's probably all sorts of mayhem going on back at home, and SOMEONE has to be there to talk sanity to the masses. "

And as his brother, I think I know whether or not his father left.

**left for good because he doesn't like Ed or something equally idiotic.

And this message was posted after he decided to come back! After his little post about "He, I can't believe," etc. And, oh yes:

"I'm not going to give in, I'm not that weak... at least that's what I want to tell myself. Like hell it's true, though."

Because boys often beat themselves up and call themselves weak when they're going to celebrate their wonderful anniversary.

A cover up. Lying. Are these words you understand?

Fuck you and stay away from me.

And he did too go to see Winry. He didn't go to chase after his father. Ed's stubborn, and if he went after his father (who did not leave for anything other than business), then he would not come back empty handed, especially not after a few days.

Oh, oh! And there was this one other guy, remember when he said:

"I don't know why everyone's making such a big deal over this Ed kid being gone. Sure, he may be the student body president, but he's obviously got something he thinks he needs to do, and it's nobody else's business what that is if he doesn't want to tell us. And seriously, these rumors are just sad. He'll be back, and when he is, he'll eithe rtell us what happened, or he won't. So enough with the Pokemon and the bunnies and whatever."

*laughs* Your sarcasm works better than Kaiba's. Thank you for actually amusing me with this.

Yes, let me just say... I was a little... different, when I said that. A little more human, or at least humane. Pathetic.

I stand by my statement that the rumors themselves were sad, though. No imagination, these kids.

Well, I've got a couple thousand years on Kaiba yet. I'm sure he'll catch up. Eventually.

Is that so? Well, just bear in mind that if you meet me, have some courtesy. Have some sympathy, and some taste. Use all your well-learned politesse.

...Maybe.

Courtesy and taste are fine, but I'll have to make an effort on the sympathy! I'm interested in what you are, though, so I'll do my best~
