Moving and Grooving....
Wow was last night crazy. Thank you stupid ass Washington drivers! It took us until around 9:30 just to get all of our shit out of the house and do a quick once over cleaning. Can't say we got a lot of help from Kari, but apparently she got the same virus crap I had last week.... Convenient? Well, not for Traci and I. Anyway we finally got everything out. And our walkthrough went surprisingly smooth. I'll know just how smooth when we actually get our deposit back.
Anyway, Now the ground is all covered in snow. Snow which last night kept the movers from clearing out Matt's stuff until 10 last night. Pain in the ass! So finally at around 11pm The apartment was mine. Its a huge relief to finally be there. Sure I still have tons of shit to move and arrange. But at least now I can do it all on my own time. I really like the place too. I never noticed what an awesome view it has until last night. I'm still trying to figure out just how I want to arrange all of my furniture in the place.
This morning was quite the adventure. I don't have much stuff unpacked but I still had to get ready for work. I found my shower curtain but I don't know where the rings to hang it up are. So I ended up using paper clips. Then of course I couldn't find any towels...except for one. A freaking tiny dish towel. Fun times.I was lucky enough to find my hair gel in the car. Otherwise I would have been a puff ball all day at work.
