My front yard
Just sitting out here in the front yard while Ant is working hard at fixing sprinklers and for the first time saw a hummingbird feeding on flowers from our black sage plant. I wish I wasn't so noise sensitive. I basically hit the ground anytime I hear them chirping nearby like aliens lol. The bird then flew to the oak tree directly in front of our house. I've observed on various occasions they sit on a particular branch and look down onto the street or off in the distance. Just a small singular hummingbird. It's for some reason a peaceful sight to me. *good sigh*
