[Lucca's plugging away at the systems on her door with a screwdriver- just a plain old screwdriver, so it's taking. Well. Rather a while. She figures it's better than staying stuck inside and doing nothing, though.
Might as well make conversation while she's at it.] While we're here, I wondered if I could get a few things clarified. Black holes- something you shouldn't mess with, right? Certainly not something you'd want to get caught in if you could help it. But it's the getting out part that concerns me- presumably the workings behind that are what the Captain was going to test. How did they think they were going to work that, and why? I knew someone who could… [she gestures with one hand] generate holes, but they were pretty limited. Although nothing came out of them, to my knowledge. [fairly sure Dalton's thing with the Golems was something else.]
Anyway. [she shakes herself, and gets back to working- that door's not opening itself, after all!] Maybe going through and coming back aggravated the Captain's condition. But I'm just speculating- if anyone's got any more solid ideas, I'd be happy to hear them.
