Wow! That was an amazing chapter, and I didn't even think that it was Crouch at all, excellent bit of writing; and I am quite anxious to see what happens next. After all this time, never saw that coming.

even with a couple Betas, I was still worried about the last few chapters - I'm glad it didn't quite come out of left field :)

Nice chapter. I enjoyed it. Never expect it was Crouch. I knew it had to be someone that had gotten the kiss. I knew it was someone that had gotten the kiss and had returned, but I should have guessed at Crouch. I thought we were going to she Umbridge and her husband. Or that Guant would be Umbridge's husband. Really want to know what is more important than the ring and locket. Great chapter.

I don't think I ever alluded to Umbridge being in this...nor did I ever allude to what happens to her...there are really just too many characters to deal with, you know? I'm glad you liked it though! and I hope the surgery went well :) most of your questions will be answered in the next chapter :)

Well, you really didn't, but with Crouch showing, up only Umbridge could be a bigger surprise. Update soon. Surgery went well.

that is true...I had to grab someone...but I don't know what would have happened to Umbridge...a good question...Glad to hear it went well - I have the next chapter, I'll try to update this week :)

Good chapter with Crouch coming back and the explaination of what happened to him. Good cliffhanger to find out what they are after.
