LT NPCs and Dooooom!
Sad, isn't it, when someone gets a half-understood rumour, and tells someone else who then broadcasts the out-of-context bits they don't quite understand as Doom!(tm).
To all onlookers:
It's not doom.
There are changes coming in the structure of Faction and Guild command teams.
These changes are highly unlikely to affect current NPCs in unpleasant ways.
The changes are in fact likely to make faction and Guild command teams' jobs easier.
The changes do *not* include making NPCs pay to turn up and do their voluntary work for the LT.
That is all.
