11 As Jesus continued on toward Jerusalem, he reached the border between Galilee and Samaria. 12 As he entered a village there, ten lepers stood at a distance, 13 crying out, “Jesus, Master, have mercy on us!” 14 He looked at them and said, “Go show yourselves to the priests.” And as they went, they were cleansed of their leprosy.

In my dire circumstances, I felt cornered, defeated and exasperated. Panic struck at the most inopportune eleventh hour as I looked at past year questions and could not even identity the topics/issues. I was at wits end; I was certain I would fail. In desperation, I pleaded to the heavenlies for divine assistance, for mercy, for whatever available for me to grab. Slowly but surely, peace reigned and my sanity and strength returned. I cast doubts and fears into perspective and surrendered the outcome, whatever it might be. I was calm and sober and ready to battle my examinations.
As I tackled the paper in trepidation, I realized it wasn’t as disastrous as I made it out to be. It wasn’t easy but I survived without panicking and I walked out of the examination hall relieved. Released from my woes, I couldn’t wait to return to W.o.W, catch the movies I’ve missed, watch all tv I want, meet my friends I’ve turned down, get some good buys from GSS... I’ve wasted lost a lot of time during my 3 weeks of seclusion and it’s time to make up for the lost time!

15 One of them, when he saw that he was healed, came back to Jesus, shouting, “Praise God!” 16 He fell to the ground at Jesus’ feet, thanking him for what he had done. This man was a Samaritan. 17 Jesus asked, “Didn’t I heal ten men? Where are the other nine? 18 Has no one returned to give glory to God except this foreigner?” 19 And Jesus said to the man, “Stand up and go. Your faith has healed you.”
