Types of Training programs
Fitness Focus
Fitness Focus is our Muay Thai based fitness program. It's a 1.5 hour program where you will learn basic muay thai. It's meant to help you keep fit, lose weight, reduce stress and most importantly, to let you have fun. Our classes are mixed gender and mixed ages and you do not need to have any prior martial arts knowledge at all.
Fighter training
Fighter training is only different from Fitness Focus because you get a more intense work-out and your understanding of muay thai as a martial art will be more in depth. you will also learn more muay thai moves as well as accquire in-ring skills.
Whichever program you choose, if you do not have experience learning muay thai or any form of martial arts or fighting systems, we will put you thru a few hours of "introduction to muay thai" classes first before you progress.
If you do have martial arts training before joining us and you wish to join fighter school. we would advise you to join fitness focus first, to allow our instructors to assess your basic skills before allowing you to join fighter school.
Do take note thou, the training in fighter school is really very intense.
Personal Training
Personal Training is a 1-on-1 session. It's a 1.5 hour program as well. However, personal training will allow the instructor to tailor the class according to your own fitness goal /needs. You do not need to have prior martial arts knowledge.
Timing of classes
Fitness Focus
Our fitness focus sessions are at 6:30pm till 8pm and 815pm to 945pm on Mondays through Fri and 1:00pm till 2:30pm and 3pm to 430pm on Saturdays. You can choose to come on any night, the number of sessions depends on the package that you take.
Fighter School
Our fighter training is at 8:15pm on Monday and Friday.
Personal Training
Personal training session timings are flexible so long as it fits the instructor and trainee's schedules.
Trial classes are available on every Sat at 5pm. Spaces are limited to first come first serve basis. Kindly call to book in advance.
Fees
Our fees are the same for both fitness focus and fighter school.
You can join the classes thru a package called " Punch Series". This is available in 20 /30 /40 /60 lesson packages which can be as low as
$25 dollars per lesson (60 lesson package price). With this, you will also have access to the gym for self-training outside class hours.
Personal training sessions can be purchased in packages of 10 sessions each time at $120 per session.
Apart from these, you may want to purchase gloves as your first necessity which cost between $50 to $85. Attire is not inclusive.
We would like to invite you to our academy so that we can give you a better idea of how the class will be like. We will also discuss with you to see how we can help you acheive your fitness goals. All our classes are conducted in our gym which is 223A River Valley road, beside UE square. Nearest mrt station is Clarke Quay then take bus 32 outside Starbucks and alight at 3rd bus stop.
