Rachel's party... Anticpation building fast
So yeah, My computer (New Laptop as of a week ago) got virus. A nasty, bitchy, makes-you-reformat-your-computer virus that most anti-virus programs can't kill. In fact I haven't found any that will. On top of that, all of the instructions for manually removing it require that you reboot in safe mode, which it won't let me do. And it also infected my new 160gb external hard drive. Luckily, I can probably just connect the hard drive to mom's mac and delete the files from it and then reformat my laptop, and everything should be ok. (However, I really want to never, ever, ever have this happen again. Anyone have any suggestions for an anti-virus software that WORKS!!!!????)
So, on top of that, I have been dealing with the fact that my mom is more than a bit sensitive and prone to melodrama, and thus has a habit of crying histerically at seemingly random moments. Luckily, she's on pills for that now. However, rachel has also been doing the spaz-out cying/bitching fits. She is better at the moment, enjoying her 21st birthday party with her friends.
The fact that Kent arrived this morning makes the fact that I will be leaving in 48 hours all the more real, and I cannot stress how much I am looking forward to being away from here for a while, even though I will miss mom, Rachel, and my dog... This past week has been hell and I have determined that next week will not be. So, I look forward to seeing you all...
