Implied resolutions #4 and #5: Chill out, for crying out loud you're going to break a tooth if you keep grinding your teeth (and it's not good for your back to be all tense like that too), and stop being so hard on yourself, you haven't drawn in how long?
Thanks to burgunder for scheduling something which satisfied two of my resolutions (don't say no and make stuff). I actually stopped thinking about how terrible my day was and how poorly my drawing was going. The zone is fun, and I don't get into it enough at work.
