School is over for the semester. I only had one real final which was in my sociology class on social inequality. I'm really glad I took that class, but it was kind of depressing to notice how people legitimize inequality. Man, that's a fucking drag.
The other night I went to a cocktail party hosted by
a_diversion. I drank a bit too much. Two 40s and several glasses of cheap champagne with peach schnapps in it. The result was me breaking into an adjacent abandoned building "looking for ghosts." I didn't find any. I did break three windows in the process though and almost got beat up by a few dudes on the street who were watching me. Bad decisions. I don't remember anything after that until waking up on the couch the next morning. I'm beginning to think Bryant was right about Steel Reserve.
I have a feeling that the following occurrence was directly influenced by the heavy drinking the night before, but last night I felt fine around 10pm. But as the night progressed I began to feel worse and worse. I fell asleep on the couch only to be awoken by my brother's return home at around 3 am. I was covered in sweat and felt like total shit. When I took my temperature it was a solid 101.9 degrees. To make things worse, My brother and I could not find the tylenol anywhere. I didn't get very much sleep last night, but I found the tylenol today and my fever has reduced considerably and I feel much better. Which is good, because The Bradleys are playing a basement show tonight at the Statehouse at 10. (321 E. Wylie St. if you're in town)
Also, I'm sure you're aware, but it snowed last night. And that is fantastic.
