I think Zombie Strippers was the movie Tarantino and Rodriguez were actually aiming for with Grindhouse but were simply too cool to make. True cult movies make no attempt at cool, they simply own their craptitude to the fullest extent.
I think I want to see this more than Diary of the Dead. All props to Romero for building the genre, but Land of the Dead was shitty without entertaining.
I went back to Boswell today to talk to the class of one of my former teachers. High School students still suck and it was weird to be on campus. But it was good to see Mr. Smith and I dropped in on Frau Phillips. All is well.
