I made samosas today.  According to food network, they're of Indian orgin- cause when I typed in Indian food, this was one of the recipes that I got.  Really, I was looking for recipes similar to the foods that Chris and I get when we go to our favorite Indian food restaurant.  No luck.

Anyway, they have potatoes, peas, onions and a spice mix inside of them.  Hooray for low fat!  The dough is a little chewy and the edges are nice and crispy.  I'm pleased with how they turned out, but they did take forever to make.  Then again, the recipe makes about 24 little pocket things- with a little left over filling.
