So, uhh...in Maryland, is it legal to turn left on red? What about onto a one-way major highway? I strongly doubt it, but I can't rule it out entirely, because Maryland apparently does allow parking in the right lane of a three-lane highway.
Results: I owe some dude an apology for yelling at him. (I do not owe him an apology for cutting him off because he had a red light and I had a green light (and was like the fifth person to go through the green light in very quick succession) and therefore I win.)
