Almost The End Of The Road
Three finals down and one to go. I'm getting pretty pumped for this semester to be over. I feel like I'll end up with descent grades, but I don't think I've been taking advantage of all this learning. I do what I have to do to get by but I'm not putting in any extra effort. Oh well, at this point though it's better to just say goodbye to this semester and try harder the next one. Blah blah.
I'm really excited about going back to Spring Lake for a while. It's going to be nice to just hang out, see Matt, go to the Rendezvous, and catch up with some people. Being back for the weekend is never enough. I usually spend the days doing stuff with the fam then go to the Vous at night and pack up the next day. I never feel more relaxed. But the break should be good for that.
I think I'm going to do my three day, beginning of winter break fast again. I feel energized and like all the shit from the last semester is gone. Good stuff. I always feel like such a hippie when I do it, but it's a good tradition and I think it really makes me feel better.
Speaking of being a hippie I signed my lease for next year today. I'm living with Lauren and Michele in Phoenix Co-Op. Yay Yay! One of the best perks is that when you join one co-op you're automatically a member of every co-op in this organization across the United States. So if you're traveling and need a place to sleep for the night you can call and they'll let you sleep on the couch and give you a meal. Say goodbye to paying for hotels. Good stuff.
