(no subject)
Accounting was going great until tonight. My teacher didn't go oever everything with us and show us how to do it all like she did last time, and I think that's where I got stuck. I'm a very visual learner and it really helps me to be shown how to do a problem before I'm expected to figure one just like it out and turn it in right away. >:O
This is going to be a hard semester. There really isn't enough time in the day.
Time to start getting up earlier, going to bed later, and studying my ass off on the weekend.
Anybody else feeling the pain already? It's only a week and a helf into the term, and I hope I'm not the only one feeling this way.
I'm so sleepy!
Also, with the economy, I'm worried about job security. With wall street going the way it is, my company can be greatly affected. Also, it's putting my boss in a very bad/worried/upset all around mood. I guess he has most of his savings in stocks. No good.
Tomorrow's October already. Where did this year go? Anywho, I read an article in Reader's Digest about families trying out being really frugal for a month and how much money they save. I'm going to try that out this month. It will be really hard for me, considering it's going to be a 3 paycheck month which means I would usually use that as an excuse to go shopping.
