I have done nothing today. Nothing.

Didn't get packages sent, didn't get to the bank... just existed without a purpose. Weather's so beautiful I couldn't really do anything else. I do feel bad about sending things, but... pretty weather~

And hey, Rikki: Easter Day 2085 = April 15. (Wow, I guess Don really did have to call in the Triad. XD)

Not when you have things to send out and a room with a floor that is literally four-fifths COVERED IN BEES BOOKS.

...it's either that as an excuse, MAGIC IGNORING-OF-DATA HANDWAVE, or that the conspicuous lack of the line detailing religious affiliation on both Jordan and his grandfather's dogtags really does mean the church has fallen seriously out of favor in that world, what? And yes, I've done my research, I know they make the Mafia look like a bunch of fluffy little bunnies.

AGAINST ALL LOGIC, BEES ARE NOT SPICY. Psh, that's what the rest of the week is for.

I vote for the MAGIC IGNORING-OF-DATA HANDWAVE. It works in rp!

Did you just quote Jester?! It's Wednesday now. I have to work tomorrow, Sunday, and Saturday.

It does, it does. I still think the Triad have a large amount invested in the star-racing industry, though.

Technically, I quoted a meme Jester's L took. So stop by on the way to or from work. Makes sense.

But how much pull would they have with the Church?

Ah. That makes sense. I'm going to have to figure out where the hell the downtown post office is, first - the one in Cheviot closes at 5 PM. (If only I could get a job there, honestly...)

It's more a question of "is it the Church or the multiplanetary government that actually owns the building at this point?", I misphrased quite a bit of that. I really do need to write up those fake "history textbook excerpts", don't I.

I think the lack of the line was simply because they only wanted to show the "important" bits on there. Too many tiny details would make it hard to read. Or it was on the back of the tags. Whatevs. They would both have been classified as "Protestant" I think.

That's true - still, it wouldn't have rendered it illegible. There was a pretty decent space between the name and number on both of those.

God, why do I even think about these things?
