Ok, off my last entry since I've been thinking about it a lot:
In your opinion, is it weird to talk to strangers on public transit? Is it considered weird to do so where you live but seems fine in other cities? What's an acceptable topic of conversation or way of engaging in discussion?
And, more specifically, for my local folks: Is it weird to strike up a conversation with a random individual on the T in Boston?
The answer might simply be "it's not weird" for all of these, but I feel like there are many factors which could make quite a difference. So what do you think?
