News of the new
Friday I missed school all day! And why, you ask? MJAS/MARSEF, of course. After presenting my Sci I powerpoint (yes, it's finally done-for now) to 3 judges, the only question they asked was, "What's te Euler phi function?" I had explained that, of course, and it was mostly irrelevant to my project. So I don't think they knew what I was talking about, and I don't think they cared enough to want to find out. I got a red ribbon, which kinda sucks.
But that afternoon, when I presented to professors and such, with my trifold board dutifully beside me, I got my point across much better. Except to the people from the Army/Air Force. They looked like puppies. Beaten puppies. But the big thing is, at the end of the day, I got many awards and am going to the International Science and Engineering Fair, held in metropolitan Indianapolis. So now I'm a geek on an international level. I guess I should feel proud.
