Putting things behind me
I started my new job last night at Bear Rock Cafe, woohoo! I spent an hour longer than my shift lasted, thanks to my inability to clean dishes quickly and having gotten stuck doing just that for about...2 hours. Whoopee. I also got home late, phooie, and then went to bed. Huzzah for sleep!
Today I had a test in Criminal Procedure...I think I did like A-, B+ ish...something like that, I dunno. I hope I did good, but alas. I went out to lunch with Stefani at Chili's. We had a few good laughs and I learned some new stuff, and I picked on her a lot about stuff she said. It was fun.
At one point, I started thinking, why do people say, "let's agree to disagree"? I ask because if you're disagreeing, then who's to say you're able to agree? You SHOULD say "let's disagree to agree" and agree with reverse psychology. :-P
I decided today that there's a door of my life that I'm closing for good. It's for my sanity, and for the betterment of other things. I wish I could say more, but I can't. If you know what I'm talking about, then good, otherwise, yea...I never knew, though, that a single second could make things so happy...Yea...so that door is shut, and now I just hope other things work out. But, chances are, they won't. And that's life :-(
