You need to account for some type of deviations from plans.

I normally have such an excellent Plan A that Plan B isn't necessary. The water pipe... was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time.

They were supposed to shoot the enemy, not the pipe above my head. I hold them at total fault for that... incident.
