Happy Halloween!
That awkward moment when your son comes home from Kindergarten singing "What Does the Fox Say?" and you realize you are no longer the most important source of new music and arbiter of musical taste in his life...

The museling got up super early this morning, since he's beyond excited about Halloween. He's going as Darth Vader and is worried that people might be scared of him; it's adorable and actually quite sweet how much he's thinking of other people.
I think we'll be okay, though; he's like three-and-a-half feet tall and the cutest little Sith Lord ever.
Meanwhile, he has a costume parade at school this morning and then gets pizza with his class at lunch before an early release, so although my day is very crunched - and I really want to post a fic today - I'm smiling to myself that I don't have to make his lunch. It takes me five minutes and is down to an art, but OMG it's still nice not to have to do it.
