Happy Day!
First off, Happy Birthday to Miss entrenous88! I wish you a wonderful day and oodles and oodles of pie, cake, and other assorted confectionaries of your dreams. :)
Secondly, new episodes of SGA and SG-1 have shown up in my TiVo To Do list! The second halves of the seasons are nearly here! Yeah, most of you saw them months ago and are yawning at the screen, but for those few of us who have remained unspoiled this is a very exciting event, indeed! New episodes! New episodes! And lots of meta and fic already written about them by the rest of fandom! Apart from the achingly long months of waiting, it's like a fangirl's dream come true. :) *does the happy dance*
Thirdly, I have the Buffy season 8 comic on my desk next to me, and though I haven't read it yet and know that the continuation of canon is very controversial, I am so happy that the 'verse is continuing in some form (besides our own fic, of course). And there might be an Angel comic, too... *happy sigh* I miss my dead gay shows.
