Looking for a new roommate
Right, last roommate search for this house. I'm headed out in August, so just need someone to tide me over until then.
Here's the info if you know someone who might be interested:
Bedroom available in hard-wood floor house (3 bed, 1 bath) about 3 blocks from Montrose and 2 from West Gray.
Rent is $555 a month. Electricity ranges from $90 per person (summer) to $40 per person (winter). Cable/high speed internet is $45 a head. Gas and water are included in rent. There is also a $425 security deposit. This will be a sublease until August. Main lease does not allow smoking in the house.
The house comes equipped with washer, dryer, and full kitchen. To describe the rest of the furnishings, it’s best to describe the other two occupants.
One bachelor engineer, one bachelor actor. Enjoy live theater, beer, movies, women, and videogames, not necessarily in that order. We keep the public areas reasonably clean (no bottles/food/clothing being left out, semi-regular vacuuming), while making sure our rooms are tidy enough for unexpected company. Easygoing, with liberal live-and-let live attitudes.
So, onto the furniture. As to be expected of movie buffs, there’s a home theater with stadium seating, surround sound, and HD. We’ve also got the game room equipped with surround sound as well. Backyard has a grill, with a nice stump for hatchet-throwing.
Move in date is Feb 2nd. Or you could subvert our annual Superbowl party and move in on the 1st, attempting to steal guests as movers. That would earn you bonus points for style.
