I got talked at about my hair today for the second time this week. The jerk teacher got a load of boys with long hair together, and told them, one by one, how they should have it cut. Then he said I needed a lawnmower. I could easily take the piss out of his bloody stupid moustache, but I didn't. But he had offended me again, and this time I was really bothered about it all day. I couldn't really say anything (or I didn't have the guts to, lets not fool anyone here). I was depressed and angry for the entire day. It was looking a bit dodgey anyway, and I wanted to get it cut, but he didn't need to be rude.
The guy is bothered about rules. He craves order, and needs direction, so he uses the rules to direct him, and then follows them mindlessly. People like that get on my nerves. He would never be vaporised. So all the day I was walking around randomly looking for revenge or something. I hid a little corner while everyone was getting ready for the music practise (it was the room where everyone gets chairs). The band had being practising loudly at lunch (the guitarist wants to replace the drummer with someone out of school, so we wouldn't be practising at lunch anymore. But our present drummer doesn't know), then I came out and the little ones were singing patriotic songs for the World Cup (we really messed up the match later anyway). Then the Chemistry teacher wasn't about, and noone could find the work, so everyone was talking. I just wanted to go somewhere quiet on my own, but I was stuck in that noisy prison.
So when was sitting in the chair room, it was finally quiet enough for me to hair my ears ring. Then we went home early for the match but I couldn't tell my mum, so she came at the normal time. Then Mr Jerk went and told her I'd promised to look neat by Monday. Then in the car, she saw the nail varnish and said 'I don't want to see you in that again. MY GOD.
Well, I did get my hair cut short at a new unisex place (the only place that was open- I usually go to some barbers). It's really short. The system has won.
