Aaa... I don't have an addict in my family ... only my cousin that needs pills to be happy (she and her mom have clinical depression) and in contrast with my aunt she is not so serious so she is trying to get over her addiction... well anyway that's not what I wanted to say.

I am sure you really want to help you sister and you will try to do that and care for her son too I guess. But I think you shouldn't forget that you are important too. You should spend everyday a few minutes, an hour, some time generally for yourself, doing something that makes you happy and relaxed so your batteries will have energy in them. I think this is the worst thing for those that have family members or friends that are ill or addicted; they forget to take care of themselves. So... that's just what I wanted to tell you... you are important too and you need to be happy too and it's not bad to want that. If you do that, i think you'll be able to help your sister the most, you'd be able to show her how beautiful life is and how more beautiful for her the world is since she was a small boy in it that is her baby. And a sister who loves her. And maybe friends and other family members that are there for her too. And she is luckier than so many addicted who die in the streets and no one cares about them or remembers who they were.

I am sorry if I bothered you and meddled with your business... I just wanted to tell you that.
