That was just about as bad as a date could get with our lives still being in good working order. The poor combination of Pool+Thunderstorm was only the tip of the iceberg. And we had a good night anyway, so no big deal.
This whole week has really been one crisis after another. That may be a sign, but I'm going to ignore it. I really hope it settles down, but not much fazes me these days. Well, it all fazes me. I'm a nervous individual. But nothing surprises me. And things always turn out well.
The relentless march of optimism will not be stopped! Hahaha!!
