Randomnity
1) Diggles Galaxy Caramel Milkshakes are Nectar in a cup.
Though it amuses me unduly that the frankly freezing cup has written across the side - "CAUTION - CONTENTS VERY HOT".
2) Rehearsals are GOODTIMES. As is hanging out in the bar after.
3) Discussing Disney films in a seminar is WIN.
4) I don't want to go to my creative writing lecture.
5) I feel bad about lying to people, so I'm making a clean breast of it here. I have nothing on tonight, nothing organised which means I am missing Guild. However, I have told at least 3 people that I have. This is to avoid the ex.
Damnit, why can't they let me avoid him in peace?!

6) I am actually addicted to 'The Cedar'. Check out their Myspace :)
7) I need to do laundry. Again. Damnit.
8) I really want to watch lots of Disney films after my seminar :)
9) I have survived sans Coke for over a week. I have no idea how.
10) I am bloody knackered. May be in part liked to 9), but also to 11)...
11) Revenge of the Sith looks better than I imagined. Well, the first half does. The download Ben did for me failed halfway through. Damnit. For no reason. But Obi-Wan looks like a hamster, I have to resist the urge to shout "BASTARD!" and shake my fist whenever Ani is on, the Emperor is so lame, Padme's accent REALLY BUGS ME, and SL Jackson is UBERSUSPCIOUSOFEVERYTHINGDAMNIT. Also, since when could R2 catch things?!
12) Did lots of sewing yesterday. Only to find that my coat still rips in the really bad sleeve when I put it on and stuff. It fits fine, just the lining hates me. I think I'll have to rip it out. This is getting ridiculous. Will need new coat next winter.
13) Uni owes me money, which means I may be mildly rich soon :D WOOT. New dress time :) (Which, for me, is epic).
14) I realised how deeply my dad's affected my life in his anti-girly thing when I realised most of the girls in my seminar group said Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella etc as their favourite Disney and character. I said Sword in the Stone, Arthur as a bird.
And Robin Hood, in my head.
And Basil.
And Zazu and Scar from The Lion King.
I've never even seen Sleeping Beauty or Snow White, I've seen Cinders once, ditto Little Mermaid, ditto most of the other 'girly' Disney films.
Gah.
15) As a corollary or something to 6), I think 'Room To Beat' is the most me-song I've heard in my life. And I love 'Tell Me'. I think that applies to me too. Bizarre :)
And it's really pissing me off that their lyrics are NOWHERE, and parts of the songs are REALLY hard to hear/understand without knowing the words. Gah. Which makes transcribing them as I've tried REALLY HARD. You're fine until they hit a riff and you're like "WTF?"
16) I quite miss my mum :( No idea why :) But she can't come visit for a while :(
17) My dad bought me something when he was in America, which (when I heard) literally made me o.O And he's sent it to me, with 'some things from the house that are yours and I thought you'd want'. God knows what they are.
18) I'm still waiting for my exciting new Edward Monkton parcel :D (Wall decorations for the house next year :P)
