It's bad enough as is with all the psychos. I think before you bring anymore new people here you should at least put the chips back into the people killing us off. I mean, we're trying to make progress but we can't if you keep throwing murderers at us!
I know, I get it, you can't always help us when droves of reavers or chimeras attack the city. Fine. But I KNOW you have the power to chip us.
You guys have to be getting annoyed with bringing everyone back after some freak kills them because they were bored!
Do something, because we don't want to have to sink to their level and kill them to get you to put their chips back in.

We just don't know what else to do. They don't fear death, they don't fear consequence because the city won't agree on punishment and they KNOW we don't have an established law or anything. What are we really supposed to do about someone who can't even die? Someone like my sister is hard to keep in a cell with her abilities. But if you chipped her she'd be just like the rest of us and easier to deal with. We could even let her free again so long as we were sure she wouldn't get the chip taken out.
