Character Name: Axel
Character's Age: 19ish...
Fandom: Kingdom Hearts II
History: After the disasters that tore apart the majority of the world, Axel was more or less created in a private order known as Organization XIII. The Order is responsible for his powers in controlling fire and for creation many other 'Nobodies,' as the Order delicately puts it. He had no real loyalty to the Order for a long while and just did what he was told since he had nothing better to do. Plus, he did owe them for creating him.
However, when the thirteenth member of the Order was created, he was immediately infatuated with the younger one and they became close friends. Axel started to become more animated, despite how unanimated his friend, Roxas, was. Things were going very well for a long time until suddenly, for a reason Axel was unaware of, Roxas was removed from the Organization. Roxas never returned, so Axel, too, left. However, he left on such bad terms that the Order, like with Roxas, stripped the young man of his memories and left him for dead.
Of course, he survived, memory or not. He came to New Sanctum with two names in mind... 'Axel' and 'Roxas.' Axel he knew to be his own, but who was Roxas? What more, where did he come from? Figuring that once he found this 'Roxas,' everything would be resolved.
Axel currently remains in the shadows of the suburbs, taking on odd jobs and keeping to himself otherwise. His hair, wild and red, as well as the markings under his eyes get him a lot of attention, but he ignores anyone who doesn't interest him. That said, not a lot of people do.
Personality: Axel is very witty and always seems to have some sort of commentary for things that are happening. He watches things unfold as if they are plays just for him and enjoys setting such things up. He likes to see reactions, is all, as he is deeply interested in the workings of those who have hearts and were created as humans are supposed to be created.
However, Axel is not all fun and games. It's not far from him to use people to his benefit and he is very quick to anger, and this is the type of anger that could cause harm to many people, as he is very ruthless and forceful when angry. He holds grudges if betrayed or let down and hates it when things don't go his way. If it's in his favor, he will double-cross and hell, even kill to be sure that he gets what he wants.
He very vaguely remembers the rest of the members in the Order, but more for the hatred he had for them.
Powers: Although the Order stripped him of his memory, they did not strip his powers from him. Luckily, Axel is aware of his power to call forth fire and control it, bending it to his will. He hasn't had too much of a reason to use this powers, but it settles his nerves to know that he can fight if need be.
Anything extra: Erm, best friends with Roxas, loathes the rest of the Order, and that's pretty much it. Oh, and he has like, the coolest hair EVER.
In canon: Axel is the eighth member of Organization VIII and quickly befriended the youngest member, Roxas and they are SO OTP. After losing him due to spoilerish reasons, he worked his way through the ranks of the Organization, doing what he had to do in order to gain information of Roxas' whereabouts. Upon finding him, Axel realized that Roxas' memories of being in the Organization were erased, so he takes it upon himself to jog the poor boy's memory. The rest is spoilerific. :3
