It should not surprise me that she writes for this.
Haunt my LJ long enough and you'll know I intensely dislike this woman. She continues to spread misinformation about the causes of austism without actually accepting that these things happen. What she also doesn't address at any point is the different levels of autism. Austism is not an illness, it's a disorder. You can address it and teach behaviours to minimize aspects of it. You can not sit and say that any child is "recovered" from autism. Their symptoms are less severe and they seem more "normal" but that does not equal recovery. It is to the point that I boycott anything that she is a part of. Fear mongering is not an acceptable solution to the problem.
