just to remind myself
as the journal-ing goes- Friday:
worked incessantly and uncomfortably tired as i didn't sleep much the
night before due to hanging out with laco, napped before heading out in
the rain tombo's party for jared of which I learned of on Wednesday and
proceeded to announce it to jared (it was a suprise party before my
mouth opened), no matter as I picked up Nina B and made ours way to
newbs to by QotSA for JD- secretly got to Allston and enjoyed the
evening. Saturday: left party
in the AM dropped off the lovers, amanda, and nina then drove home
after thinking about staying out, 93 Northbound after onramp from 28/38
citibank slammed into a lagoon of fucking water in the fast lane-
flooded my '89 camry so i floated over to the 3ft wide breakdown lane
on the left side of the highway (bad idea), called AAA but was on hold
thankfully a large-ass statey pulled up behind me and helped me out
until the tow truck got there, so i spent the time idling, chewing gum,
and avoiding glances towards the tall, intimidating statey in his
heated, radio-ready car as mine fogged-up cold and clammy- thankfully
my dad got outta bed @ 3am and followed the truck driver to the local
garage with my car in tow- i made it home that morning, tired but
home> it was a great day of nothing for me, seriously sat around all
day worried about my car so i didnt go anywhere but rather slept until
2 i think; eventually made it out to salem for a roast of mike Batman
reardon at the local denny's (fine establishment) where no one got food
and natalie's chest was a hot topic- party at 7west afterwards were
"fuck you pyramid" made enemies out of everyone while "the aristocrats"
made others cringe (i've got a great version brewing). Sunday: woke
up earlier to get natalie to work and lounged(?) around until laco made
it outta bed- sold some cds picked up broken social scene (as well as
tickets), and architecture in helsinki- good deals good deals but my
new BRMC disc is protected which means ill never by from RCA ever again
(bastards)- afterwards to kellys for some beef and then bear hill
tower- awesome sights of middlesex/suffolk county comes highly
recommended if you can find it. peace!
