I would like to congratulate the Madrid Cibeles Fashion Week people. They were the first people to enstate a requirement of a minimum size for their runway models. They chose a Size 38 (US 8) with certain BMI measurements that are within the "healthy" category. I watched a lot of the show. The models were beautiful, they still "looked like models", and they weren't deathly, anorexically, skinny. I saw footage of the London fashion shows and the comparison is striking. A lot of their models were scary, not beautiful.
Hopefully this decision will become the new trend around the world. As they say in Spain, ¡Que Fashion!
