Despite its beginnings, I actually had a really wonderful day. I got a lot accomplished, and however silly it is, I’m proud of myself for being up and about again.
I spent the afternoon with Pride Edward, actually. We spent most of our time talking, so I barely noticed how quickly the afternoon passed us by. I had… fun. To be honest, it was the first time since leaving Resembool I felt so relaxed, and at home. I hope that you’ll begin to remember more with time, Edward. Even if you don’t, though, that’s fine. I’m just glad you feel willing, and comfortable, calling me ‘brother’. …It’s nice.
Oh! I went apartment hunting today, and I think I’ve found just the one! It’s close to the beach, which means it gets a cool breeze; so it'll be great since it’s starting to heat up out there. It has enough room for all three of us and maybe a few pets.
Ling, I’ve set up the couch for you here at the hotel. You’ll probably need some rest after being in the desert for so long.
…Um. Also-I heard that someone found brother’s arm? Hmm… if only there were a mechanic here who could fix it up an reattach it…
