I tend to approach all 'new' Killing Joke stuff cautiously, because...well, Jaz is frelling nuts at the best of times. Worse, over the past fifteen years he's shouted and shrieked more than sung.
So, I ignored the CD for "Absolute Dissent" (given the name, I figured: 'yelling').
There's Jaz' lament for Raven on here, and it's not only gorgeous (and SUNG, by God!), but it's a lot like my fave KJ period, "Brighter Than a Thousand Suns".
Here it is. There is no official video, and the photos are just a collection the poster put up; I suggest you don't WATCH, you just LISTEN:
