...And ONE DAY, I'll have you do the two other familiars, Muir (black cat) and Roarke (raven). However, I won't make you make them look exactly like these two...*laughs*
...I thought you were out of that really rich, almost transparent red?
It WOULD be incredible to have the series be harmonious, but the idea that the last two would match and be similar-but-different is good, too. Do you still have any of those chest-like boxes?
Since I'm lacking the funds to do this for a bit, it's moot for the moment, but we'll get to it...
Love you! (I hope you get more business from my posts!)
YES! But I'm doing the red wolf box right now, and I may have found something that will double for it. I've been thinking about trying to mix up something that would duplicate it!
...But you know...flameelfFebruary 17 2007, 22:44:23 UTC
...When you DO finally get to work on Muir, it should be really fun for you. I know you liked Uriel because he was a "Sealpoint Siamese" sort of Gryphon.
Muir is a black cat, but he's a fluffy black cat with a ruff, rather like the Mocus. Most Celtic cats are done sleek; he'll be more of a challenge with all that foof everywhere.
He really chats much more than I actually post. He's one of those 'daemon' characters that lives in my head and is always asking me questions about things. (So does Uriel, but Uriel's not so much "inquisitive" as he is "informative"--like his "Biology 101" talk he had with Muir, that compleatly confused the cat.)
I also have a neglected blog over on Greatest Journal called "siege_furrious" where the Four Familiars chatted back and forth, but I really spend more time writing their dialogues and points of view out in the slash.
There's been a long diatribe about "How Familiars See The World" in my head that is longing to come out; I may have to unleash it soon. Perhaps I'll post bits of it in here.
Since I painted them separately, I have never seen them together!
They look GREAT! Cheers to TK for the awesome picture.
*hugs*

Or they could be a second pair in different colors.
Just sayin'.
