Dancing Around the Subject
Okay, so I realized, Hey - it's been quite a while since I added to my journal, maybe I should update.
That was two weeks ago and I forgot my password. I had something amazing to type about then but now I can't really remember it. Oh well, must not have been that exciting. ....
It probably was and I just don't remember it.
On an amazing note -
I HAVE TICKETS TO SEE A SYTYCD PERFORMANCE IN KC! WAHOO! SCORE!
On a secondary note, never have I felt worse about not being able to work any dance classes into my schedule, however I will readily admit that despite being not in great shape (here someone normally whacks me on the head) I'm really enjoying the not having to get hot and sweaty before sitting in class for another hour and a half. Now the not getting hot and sweaty in another thing entirely, but I don't think I'll go into my sex life, or lack thereof, at any foreseen moment in time on this journal, so, yeah.
Back to school and classes are amazingly easy this time around (Yay putt classes! damn you gen ed requirements!)
I'm still toying with the idea of posting any of my Pyro/Iceman fics on LJ - I may want to test everything out on ff.net first. Then again....I treat that as the "not as serious as LJ material" account. Not the smartest move ever considering some of the best stuff I've ever read is on ff.net, but I'm human enough to admit a slight prejudice/conditioning when it appears in type. The reviews about my writing aren't what worry me - it's more like letting your children grow up and leave the nest. Once the first one does - the rest is easier. It's letting that first one go that's nigh impossible for me however. Not that I've had any children. I'm going on purely second hand knowledge here.
My cat's dozed off behind my computer again. Time to fish her out and call it a good night's rest - in the early morning of course. If I hear that bird calling outside my window again, I'll know I'm not that only organism that has a derailed sleeping pattern apparently.
